Applicant must be a customer of a Clackamas River Water Providers member who participates in the CRWP Water Conservation Program.  Click here to see a map of the CRWP service area.

  • You must be a Clackamas River Water Providers single-family residential customer or a small business (50 employees or less) which owns its own site. You must receive water from one of the following water providers: City of Estacada, City of Gladstone, Oak Lodge Water District, South Fork Water Board (Oregon City and West Linn), Sunrise Water Authority (Happy Valley and Damascus), and your account must be active and in good standing. 
  • Clackamas River Water District does NOT participate in this program.  The City of Lake Oswego does not participate in the CRWP consservation program either, but has their own rebate program.  If you are a Lake Oswego customer please see their webiste for more information.

  • The HET toilet you purchase must be WaterSense labeled. For a complete list of eligible toilets, visit: http://www.epa.gov/watersense/pp/find_het.htm.

  • For HET toilet rebates, a copy of the dated sales receipt (or invoice) that specifies the toilet brand/model. The toilet brand/ model shown on the receipt must match the eligible model list exactly. Tank and bowl numbers cannot be mixed and matched from different models - they have been tested in specific combinations for performance and efficiency.

  • You must recycle your old toilet.  Click here for a recycling site near you.  There may be a nominal fee.  A copy of the reciept/scale ticket is required to be eligible.   

  • For all other rebates, a copy or original of the dated sales receipt (or invoice) that specifies the brand/model must be included with the rebate form. The brand/model shown on the receipt must match the item exactly.

  • Rebate items must be installed at the property associated with your water account.

  • One of each rebate per eligible account.

  • A limited number of rebates are available each year.

  • Rebates are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The program will end when funds are depleted. The total rebate per item will not exceed the receipt amount.

  • The application must be received within 3 months of purchase.

  • Apply for each rebate separately or at the same time.

  • Rebates are for new products only. Pre-existing products are not eligible.

  • Prior to approval, an on-site inspection may be required by CRWP.
